Aphena is a leading pharmaceutical solutions provider specializing in contract packaging repackaging and manufacturing for the pharmaceutical OTC dietary supplement animal health and medical device industries. Were looking for someone whos detail-oriented dependable and ready to help ensure the quality that our customers and communities count on.
- Hours are 6P-6A Monday thru Thursday.
- This position qualifies for a $1.50/hour shift differential.
What Youll Do
- Inspect incoming components in-process materials and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP and documented specifications.
- Review documents before production complete first-piece approvals and verify calibration of inspection equipment.
- Record and maintain data using Microsoft Word and Excel following Good Documentation Practices.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality concerns on the production floor.
- Assist with CAPAs non-conformance documentation and quality management system compliance with ISO and FDA standards.
- Participate in process validations customer complaint investigations and label control activities.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; advanced coursework preferred.
- Experience working under FDA GMP regulations (pharma or medical device preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
(Bonus points if you know SPC systems or have experience creating graphs and flowcharts.)
