Job Summary

Position: Restoration Technician

Work Location: Albany NY 12205

Pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hr

Duration: Full-Time

Shift: General Shift

Job Description:

Wide range of property restoration services including cleanup repair and structural restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration work and a strong commitment to delivering quality service to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency job restoration sites.
Perform property restoration services such as building board-ups water extraction biohazard clean up and fire damage cleaning.
Handle pack-outs of contents and oversee debris removal from job sites.
Maintain accurate daily job site notes and communicate updates to supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols on job sites and when operating company vehicles.
Inspect and maintain tools equipment and vehicles regularly.
Ensure work environments remain clean safe and organized.
Assist in training and mentoring team members when needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Property restoration and/or construction experience preferred (training provided).
Ability to read understand and follow scopes of work.
Valid Driving License and reliable transportation to and from work
Strong understanding of safety protocols and job site hazards.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.
Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs. regularly.
Comfortable with extended periods of standing walking bending and kneeling.
IICRC certifications preferred (additional pay available based on certifications).
Valid drivers license required.
