We are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time Marketing Communications and Event Coordinator to support the Development Team in the delivery of high quality College communications and marketing initiatives.

Your Role:
- Creating on-brand highly engaging digital and print content that generates attention.
- Responsible for the graphic design photography and videography to support digital and traditional marketing communications functions including social media channels website content video filming and editing publications marketing materials handbooks presentations and related materials as directed by the Brand and Marketing Manager.
- Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns and social media strategy to engage with current families prospective families and the broader community.
About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship as well as the following skills and experience:
- Qualifications in Graphic Design Marketing Communications or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media management and website maintenance.
- A strong understanding of current and emerging trends within content marketing with experience in developing content and distributing across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated creativity and initiative with the ability to handle a busy work environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience in an educational or faith-based organisation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
