Job Summary
MSPS SA a leading Integrated Marketing and Sales services company is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Solutions Executive for PMI - Papastratos company in Athens Greece.
About the role:
As a Digital Systems Executive you will play a key role in the administration and optimization of digital platforms that support commercial and consumer-facing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability managing user access and supporting the deployment of new functionalities through testing and troubleshooting. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain commercial digital systems and platforms.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system updates.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Manage user access and permissions across platforms ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Support onboarding and training of users on system functionalities.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth deployment of digital tools.
- Document processes issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
- Ensure alignment with global standards and guidelines for digital systems.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration digital operations or IT support.
- Strong understanding of UAT processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in retail systems or consumer platforms is a plus.
