B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) Fully Remote (Bulgaria)
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level French and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time fully remote role offering a stable salary performance bonus and full relocation support.
Role Overview
In this role you will:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Build and manage a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
- Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
- Full-time contract Monday to Friday (09:0018:00)
- Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
- Gross monthly salary: 3600 BGN
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2000 BGN
Relocation support including:
- Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
