Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Enterprise Sales you will:

  • Drive new business development through prospecting qualifying consulting and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies including forecasting and territory planning.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners at all levels.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing and technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage small projects or teams as needed ensuring successful outcomes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • An MBA or a bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 10-12 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or global service integrator sectors.
  • Proven expertise in selling digital transformation solutions including Network SDWAN Cloud Cybersecurity SASE Contact Centre and UCaaS.
  • Experience in emerging markets with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive results-oriented attitude.

Day-to-Day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility checks and strategic planning to maximize conversion rates.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
