Job Summary: | Join the Colorado School of Public Health as a Bilingual Research Specialist (Open Rank Research Services Entry Intermediate Professional). This position is a key member of the schools Lifecourse Epidemiology of Adiposity & Diabetes (LEAD) Center that will support the daily operational tasks of the ECHO Microbiome Study including scheduling and conducting study visits coordinating and processing biospecimen collections administering surveys performing data entry and carrying out quality assurance activities. The research specialist will work as part of a collaborative research team at the LEAD Center clinic on the Anschutz Medical Campus. Please note that bilingual English and Spanish speaking is required. Key Responsibilities:

The LEAD Center represents a collaboration between the ColoradoSPHand the Department of Pediatrics in the School of Medicine. The LEAD Center is a multidisciplinary research center that investigates and seeks to understand the developmental origins of health and disease particularly obesity type 1 and type 2 diabetes and the complex interplay of environmental exposures genetic and epigenetic processes in critical developmental periods across the lifecourse. Anticipated Salary Range: | The starting target salary for this position has been established as: Entry Level: $50000 - $55000 Intermediate Level: $52721 - $64000 The above salary represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
