Job Summary
We are looking for new talent to join our Malco team! The RMA and Inventory Specialist will be accountable to:
Key Responsibilities:
RMA (Return Materials Authorization):
Initiate and manage the RMA process in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Coordinate with customer service production and engineering teams to resolve RMA issues.
Maintain accurate RMA documentation including failure analysis reports and corrective actions.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.
Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory per company policies.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations stock levels and adjustments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with ERP software (Oracle a plus).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Forklift certification or ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
25 years of experience in inventory control RMA processing or quality assurance in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Wage:
$18.87 - 23.58 per hour dependent on experience.
