We are seeking anEngineering Student for ourRegina District within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for4 8 12 or 16 months starting January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Report deficiencies by going on various site visits.
- Monitor and coordinate trade scopes of work.
- Coordinate and update field drawings specifications and project schedules.
- Participate in project meetings and get a chance to be part of something bigger by working closely with seasoned projectprofessionals.
- Conduct trade contractor quote reviews.
- Get to visit some of our impressive projects and job sites while taking progress photos and monitoring deficiency logs knowing thatyou helped build that.
- Be responsible for performing bid day assignments and overall bid document control. Everyone at PCL takes ownership and thatincludes students.
- Assistance with on-site problem solving.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will beconsidered an asset.
- Application of various computer software programs will be required including word processing spreadsheet applications anddrafting.
- Knowledge of Revit AutoCAD and Sketchup will be considered an asset.
