Summer Student – Customer Care

What Youll Do:

• Assist with creating and updating agent schedules under guidance.
• Help monitor attendance and schedule adherence.
• Collect and organize data for workforce and performance reports.
• Perform basic reporting and assist in identifying trends and patterns in contact center data.
• Support analytics initiatives by preparing summaries and insights to help optimize service levels.
• Support the preparation of basic KPI dashboards and summaries.
• Participate in real-time monitoring by flagging service level issues to the team.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to workforce optimization and reporting.
• Assist with emails as needed.

• Strong interest in workforce planning data analysis or customer service operations.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools.

Education and Requirements:

• Currently studying post-secondary education in IT Business BI Reporting Sales QA Testing or another related field.
• Must be 19 years of age or older by start date.
• Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
