We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Executive to drive strategic sales efforts across Corporate accounts in theNortheast U.S. region. This role is centered on selling theSAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite namelySAP LeanIX empowering clients to accelerate digital transformation streamline enterprise architecture and optimize end-to-end business processes.

As a key player in our enterprise sales team you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities while expanding and renewing existing relationships. Youll partner with account executives solution experts and SAPs extensive partner ecosystem to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value to customers undergoing business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales cycles from prospecting to close for theSAP BTM suite(LeanIX) in assignedCorporate accounts.
  • Drive demand generation pipeline development and opportunity execution aligned with industry-specific value propositions.
  • Engage deeply inenterprise architecture process intelligence and transformation program discussionswith customer stakeholders across IT and business functions.
  • Craft compelling opportunity plans value narratives and white space strategies to expand SAP BTM footprint across business units.
  • Work collaboratively with SAP account teams and partners to deliver integrated customer experiences and maximize solution value.
  • Leverage expertise in operational models value streams and cloud transformation strategies to shape strategic roadmaps.
  • Champion SAP Signavio and LeanIX thought leadership by promoting customer participation in BTM communities events and advisory programs.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting pipeline hygiene and stakeholder communications throughout complex enterprise sales motions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on large strategic accounts.
  • Proven success sellingbusiness process management process mining enterprise architecture or transformation solutions.
  • Deep understanding ofConsumer and Retail industries including their operational challenges and transformation priorities.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at theC-suite level particularly CIOs CTOs COOs and Heads of Transformation or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Demonstrated success innavigating multi-stakeholder high-complexity sales cyclesand driving strategic outcomes.
  • Skilled in both direct and partner-led sales motions.
  • Expertise in crafting value-based proposals managing complex negotiations and accurately forecasting revenue.
  • Strong collaboration communication and presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate business value and transformation impact.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 161500 - 274600(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
