You will manage customer relationships in the Khammam territory driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Collaboration is key as youll work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to deliver value. Were looking for someone proactive adaptable and passionate about building strong connections. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive growth. - Use customer insights to tailor solutions and meet their needs effectively. - Allocate resources strategically to maximize impact and customer value. - Collaborate with internal teams to share ideas and achieve common goals. - Stay committed to personal learning and adapt quickly to new ways of working. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic:** - Bachelors degree. - At least 1 year of experience in field sales or territory management. - Valid drivers license. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. **Preferred:** - Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Strong listening and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals. - Ability to interpret data and apply insights strategically. - High learning agility and business acumen. - Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. **Work Environment:** This is an on-site role based in Khammam India.
