Job Summary

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced relationship banker to join a strong independent bank known for its local decision-making and deep community roots. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in commercial and CRE lending strong credit skills and a passion for helping businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-quality commercial and CRE relationships
Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell bank services
Analyze financial statements structure credit requests and ensure compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to junior lenders
Qualifications:
7 years of commercial lending experience
Strong credit underwriting and relationship management skills
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field preferred
Knowledge of the local Wyoming market a plus
