Job Summary
Job Title: Industrial / Commercial Electrician
Position Overview
TKO StaffPros LLC is currently seeking skilled and motivated Industrial and Commercial Electricians to join our growing team in Tupelo MS. This role is ideal for experienced electricians who are committed to safety quality workmanship and efficiency in industrial and commercial settings. Electrical helpers with strong foundational knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC standards and company safety policies
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings accurately
Bend and install conduit as required for projects
Assist with low-voltage and high-voltage installations (helpers under supervision)
Test electrical systems using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean organized and safe job site at all times
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical work
Strong knowledge of low-voltage and high-voltage systems
Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety regulations
Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and technical documents
Competent conduit bending skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience Requirements
Journeyman Electrician: Minimum of 3 years of experience (required)
Electrical helpers must demonstrate foundational electrical knowledge
Additional Requirements
Ability to reliably commute to Tupelo MS and potentially to various job sites
Must be able to work on-site
