About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Senior Partner Success Manager ISO Channel to build and grow strategic relationships with our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) this role youll be the trusted bridge between Jaris and our partners driving engagement adoption and performance across our embedded finance solutions. Youll champion partner success expand product usage and accelerate growth through deeper collaboration and impactful enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for ISO partners building trusted relationships that foster long-term collaboration and growth.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on-site visits and regular partner touchpoints to align on performance metrics goals and new opportunities.
- Educate partners on Jaris product capabilities embedded finance best practices and optimization strategies to maximize adoption and partner ROI.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training sessions to partner teams supporting effective sales enablement.
- Collaborate with operations product and GTM teams to coordinate partner initiatives marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities.
- Drive merchant engagement through partner servicing efforts and targeted outreach programs.
- Own and monitor partner performance metrics including loan origination growth instant payout volume and product adoption rates.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the ISO channel to expand Jaris footprint and revenue contribution.
- Represent Jaris at industry trade shows conferences and partner events to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
- Advocate for partner needs internally by sharing feedback and insights that inform product development and customer experience improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success Partner Management or Account Management roles.
- Proven success managing strategic B2B relationships and driving revenue growth. (e.g. existing & new products retention partner satisfaction increased merchant penetration)
- Experience working with CRM such as Hubspot or similar.
- Experience in fintech embedded finance payments or financial services industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to executive and operational audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret partner performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% for partner visits conferences and reviews.
Applicants can expect an annual base compensation in the range of $115000 to $145000 USD plus incentive compensation based on performance. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Jaris and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors including the candidates experience qualifications and location.
