What you will do:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Consult and partner with executive management to identify key business issues outline strategic alternatives and recommend effective solutions to align with Premeras strategic goals.
  • Perform independent analyses for a broad array of complex issues across disciplines and functional areas. Identify and recommend suggested action steps based on analytic results and make recommendations to senior management.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Create leverage align and integrate communication strategies and collateral. Collaborate with others to gain buy-in on programs and processes from business stakeholders.
  • Shape sensitive messages and leader-level communications propose wording and merge drafts to land the right tone and messaging before distribution.

Project and Program Management:

  • Lead the integration of priority projects and programs by developing project team objectives managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with teams and leaders to design implement and operate new programs and/or enhancements.

Collaboration and Performance:

  • Increase team performance and inter-departmental collaboration through contributing insights leveraging resources and providing support via scalable projects programs and/or initiatives.
  • Partner with the Compliance and Ethics team to refine policies and guidelines ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business healthcare or related field or four years of work experience.
  • Eight years of experience in developing implementing training and supporting new or existing strategic programs and processes.
  • Eight years of program project or change management experience (or a combination of the three).
  • Experience in human resources or a similar field is preferred.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates geographic location market conditions and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Plus Salary Range:

$119900.00 - $203800.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
