Our Client is a boutique Brisbane-based real estate agency focused on providing people-centric service transparency and expert property management. We manage hundreds of properties across Brisbane handling everything from tenant screening to maintenance and are committed to being approachable responsive and reliable.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an organized proactive and creative Administration Support person to assist with both real estate admin tasks and social media engagement. This role will support the property management and sales teams help keep our digital presence strong and ensure our clients and tenants have seamless high-quality experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the scheduling and posting social media content across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Maintain and update CRM or client database (realestate specific - Eagle)
Pre-fill and prepare documentation for potential clients for sales of property form 6 contacts etc
Using a template in canva making printable materials and brochures
Assist with creating pre-sale post-sale and property management forms
Provide general administrative and sales support to the team
Report directly to the founder for task allocation and performance
