Job Summary

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support to guests and clients in the Spa and Wellness industry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a customer-first attitude and at least 1 year of CSR experience handling calls emails and live chats.

As part of our on-site support team youll be the first point of contact for guests assisting them with bookings inquiries feedback and overall service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chat inquiries from clients and guests.
  • Assist customers with booking appointments confirming reservations and answering service-related questions.
  • Provide accurate information about spa and wellness services promotions and policies.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward guests always.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role (BPO or hospitality background preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with scheduling.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.


Required Skills:
