Job Description & Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate/Insurance this role you will play a key part in supporting the insurance department with administrative tasks including invoicing certificates issuance proposals review and relationship development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our clients. Moreover the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm and internal/external stakeholders with their insurance needs. He/she will work closely with our team of consultants to analyze risks develop insurance strategies and provide expert advice to stakeholders across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assistinsuranceteam with administrative tasks
- Generate and manage invoices forinsurancepolicies and services provided
- Prepare and issueinsurancecertificates accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain stakeholders records and ensure data integrity in our database systems
- Coordinate withinsurancecarriers and stakeholders to facilitate policy changes renewals and claims processing
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regardinginsurancepolicies and coverage
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documentation as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Research and evaluateinsuranceproducts and providers to identify the most suitable options for the firm
- Assist in the preparation ofinsuranceproposals presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support throughout theinsuranceprocurement process including policy issuance endorsements and claims management
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders andinsurancecarriers to enhance the firms status and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management Business Administration Finance or related field preferred.
- Previous experience ininsuranceadministration or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed.
