Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Principal Consultant -SAP Functional Architect MM !

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Techno-Functional Architect in delivering complex SAP implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) coupled with strong technical acumen and a proven ability to architect scalable integrated solutions across global supply chain landscapes. The role demands leadership in both functional process design and technical development ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Responsibilities
S4 Hana certification mandatory.
Lead the solution architecture and design for SAP MM and integrated modules in large-scale enterprise environments.
Act as the primary SME for SAP MM supporting procurement inventory and logistics processes.
Own and drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
Collaborate with enterprise architects functional leads and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and SAP roadmap.
Design and oversee the implementation of custom developments (RICEFW) ensuring best practices in ABAP enhancements user exits BADIs and Fiori/UI5 interfaces.
Guide and mentor functional consultants and developers across onshore/offshore teams.
Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation initiatives.
Establish governance design standards and documentation across projects.
Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules (SD PP WM FI/CO) and third-party systems via SAP PI/PO CPI or middleware.
Engage with business process owners to identify opportunities for process optimization automation and innovation using SAP tools and technologies.
Oversee performance tuning issue resolution and system stabilization in complex production environments.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have:
Strong command over Procure-to-Pay (P2P) inventory management vendor management and invoice verification processes.
Proficient in SAP configuration ABAP debugging and coordinating with developers on custom solutions.
Experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations and multiple support/rollout projects.
Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
In-depth understanding of SAP MM integration with SD WM PP FI/CO and Ariba (preferred).
Hands-on experience in designing or managing Fiori apps SAP UI5 enhancements and mobile procurement interfaces.
Strong documentation process mapping (e.g. using BPMN or SAP Signavio) and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Have:
SAP S/4HANA Certification (Procurement / MM)
Experience with SAP Ariba Fieldglass or SuccessFactors integrations
Exposure to SAP BTP Workflow OData Services and SAP Event Mesh
Experience in Agile SAFe or Hybrid delivery models
Global implementation experience in regulated industries (e.g. Pharma Aerospace Automotive)
Global project experience in regulated industries
Knowledge of digital commerce omnichannel integration or CPQ is a plus
