Job Summary
Job Title: Medical/Surgical Technician (Local Candidates Only)
Location: Bronxville NY 10708
Contract Duration: 21 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM (includes 30-minute break; schedule varies slightly)
Pay: $900/week
Work Schedule:
Monday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical/Surgical Technicianfor an exciting job in Bronxville NY.
Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for examinations recording vital signs and medical histories.
Assist providers during procedures and examinations.
Perform basic laboratory tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
Maintain exam rooms and ensure adequate stock of medical supplies.
Document clinical information accurately in electronic medical record systems.
Support compliance with infection control safety and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED (required)
BLS certification (required)
Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
