Tasks

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the use and troubleshooting of catamaran-related software applications and systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and provide additional guidance as necessary.
  • Document and track customer interactions troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the companys help desk system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify solutions and improvements in processes to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role preferably in the maritime or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
