Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement case strategies.
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Attend mediations.
  • Draft complex motions.
  • Actively participate at trial.

Experience you will need:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience.
  • At least 5 years of insurance defense and/or trucking litigation experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in using Westlaw.
