Real Estate Transactional Attorney

SSL Law Firm LLP a respected boutique real estate law firm is seeking an experienced motivated real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers landlords tenants technology companies and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft review and negotiate real estate transaction documents including purchase and sales agreements commercial leases (office retail and industrial) representing both landlords and tenants and asset management related agreements.
• Manage all stages of commercial transactions including due diligence title and survey review and closings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law.
• Strong drafting organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Excellent to attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to client service and strong desire to take ownership of matters.
