Job Requirements:

Candidates should possess a wealth of experience in commercial real estate preference is for at least 3-5 years of experience focusing on acquisitions dispositions leasing portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions title and survey review and general transactional due diligence. Experience in more than one of the following areas is also a plus: energy/project finance restaurant operations office leasing and general corporate law. Candidates should possess a strong academic background superior drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent detail-oriented proactive supportive and team-oriented. Our group is specifically seeking an applicant that has the experience to take the lead role on real estate transactions including experience with direct negotiation of transactional documents primary responsibility for drafting of fundamental documents and who can oversee supporting junior associates as deals may require. Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Utah Bar.

The experience of our Real Estate Practice spans 40 years of delivering multidisciplinary legal solutions for property investment development management and finance. We draw upon the knowledge of more than 700 real estate lawyers and the resources that GTs global organization has to offer. We seek to provide clients with integrated legal services for all phases of a transaction. Our client base comprises a broad range of developers retailers institutional investors financial institutions restaurants REITS lenders and private owners in transactions across all types of properties including multifamily logistics industrial office restaurant energy and retail including mixed use developments.
