You will
- Develop a rapport with our People to promote open communication and trust
- Partner with Performance Leaders to develop competitive recruitment strategies ensuring best in class candidates are aware of opportunities at Anthem
- Be a key member of the recruitment team leveraging your full-cycle recruitment experience and best practices
- Play a role on other People Team initiatives and programs targeted to all areas of the team member lifecycle including onboarding compensating data management and engagement
You have
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment with the appetite and aptitude to stretch across other areas of human resources
- Experience recruiting in the construction (and / or related industries) would be considered a major asset
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; modelling skills would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good business acumen
- Familiarity with BambooHR is an asset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A sense of humour!

Salary range: $90000 - $100000 depending on experience
