Brand Coordinator

The Content & AI Workflow Specialist will be a key driver of our brands narrative and marketing efficiency. This role is central to creating compelling content andleveragingAI to innovate our marketing strategies across our automotive marine and lifestyle divisions. You will be instrumental in developing andoptimizingthe workflows that power our marketing initiatives ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.

Compensation: $50000 - $60000 per year

Full-Time MondayFriday

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision. Create and curate high-quality visually appealing content for various platforms including social media blogs and websites.
• AI-Powered Content Generation:Utilizegenerative AI tools includingGemini Midjourney Flux WhiskGoogle VEO3 and Sora2 to produce innovative video and image-based content. Develop and refine prompts to ensure brand-aligned and creative outputs.
• Workflow Optimization & Automation:Design implement and continuouslyoptimizeAI-powered marketing workflows to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks to free up creative time.
• Brand Integrity & Asset Management:Maintaina centralized digital asset library (logos photography templates) and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Develop and update user-friendly templates that streamline content creation.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track and report on the performance of content and marketing initiatives using tools like GA4 Google Ads and Meta Ads. Analyze data toidentifytrends insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Market Research:Conduct market research on industry trends consumer behavior and emerging AI technologies toidentifyopportunities for branding and content innovation.
• Collaboration:Act as a central link between the marketing technology and operations teams ensuring seamless execution of creative projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiencywith creative tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator Photoshop).
• Demonstrated experience with AI content generation tools and a strong understanding of prompt engineering.
• Experience in developing andoptimizingmarketing workflows andutilizingautomation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (GA4 Google Ads Meta Ads).
• Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
