Technical & Administrative Assistant

We support our customers with strategy business transformation data modeling reporting assurance and gap analysis. By doing so we help businesses align with global standards such as zero carbon Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) CSDR CBAM

• Asset Integrity: We ensure the reliability and safety of our customers industrial assets throughout their entire lifecycle by offering comprehensive services including material investigation degradation analysis and non-destructive testing. With our rigorous inspection testing and certification processes we help our customer to maintain the structural integrity and performance of their assets reducing risks and enhancing operational efficiency.

How will you make an impact

You will support the certification process for sustainable product labels. Your main tasks include:

Technical support

• Receive and manage product samples for certification.

• Perform basic lab tests such as infrared spectrometry weight thickness and grammage measurements.

• Prepare and ship samples to external laboratories for further testing.

Administrative & operational support

• Track and manage sample requests and documentation.

• Monitor and follow up on contracts and agreements with external partners.

• Order and manage office supplies and lab materials.

• Perform internal calibration of lab equipment.

Team collaboration & communication

• Share customer feedback and relevant information with the team.

• Support the team in daily operations.

• Help maintain a smooth and organized workflow within the department.

Required:

• You have a basic technical understanding or background.

• You are strong in administration and organization.

• You speak and write fluent English.

• You enjoy working with international customers.

• You communicate clearly and professionally.

• You work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• You manage your tasks independently.

• You enjoy being part of a supportive team.

• You are a team player who contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere within the organization.

Optional:

• Knowledge of additional languages with German being a plus.

• A few years of technical working experience.

• Previous experience with (product) certification.
