For our store in Antwerp we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 30 hours per week.
Tasks
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
- Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated team-oriented and flexible
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence drive and enthusiasm
- Fluency in Dutch and proficient in English
