The Ormsby is a modern 136 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.
The Job
The role of an aged care RNS is pivotal in ensuring that residents receive compassionate and effective care while supporting and developing the nursing team. This position not only impacts the quality of life for residents but also contributes to the overall success of the aged care HOME
- Lead a team of fabulous nursing staff and personal care staff providing guidance and support to ensure that residents receive high-quality person-centred care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and implement best practices ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with the Clinical teams and Facility Manager to ensure care is tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
- Effectively communicate with residents families and have a knowledge of Aged Care Standards.
To be successful in this roleyou will have 3 years working as an RN within Aged Care. Demonstrated leadership skills communication skills and problem-solving skills.
