Position Overview:
Are you passionate about helping others and interested in starting a rewarding career in healthcare Were hiring Hospitality Aides who are eager to grow into Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in long-term care while receiving training toward CNA certification.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hospitality Aide you will:
- Assist nursing staff with non-clinical tasks such as:
- Passing linens water and meal trays
- Making beds and tidying resident rooms
- Assisting with transporting residents via wheelchair
- Stocking supplies and maintaining clean work areas
- Provide compassionate companionship to residents
- Support a safe and comfortable living environment
- Prepare to transition into a CNA role by observing and learning from certified staff
Path to CNA Certification:
We will provide:
- Access to a state-approved CNA training program
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate classes
- Continued employment upon successful certification
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Strong desire to work with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable and compassionate
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to enroll in a CNA certification program within a designated time
