What youll do:
- Deliver culturally safe person-centred and trauma-informed case management
- Work directly with participants in prison detention and the community
- Develop meaningful support plans and empower clients toward their goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions advocacy referrals and practical assistance
- Collaborate with families community service providers and justice stakeholders
- Champion systemic change by removing barriers to reintegration
Who are you
You may have experience working with:
- Aboriginal communities especially in the NT
- At-risk youth or adults with complex needs
- Justice social work community services or related fields
- Youth or adult case management including family-focused approaches
- Trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
