  • Salary: Social & Community Services Level 5 $51 to $53.31 per hour Super

Our Senior Case Manager walks alongside women and gender diverse people supporting their transition into secure and long-term housing offering person-centred support that helps them feel safe seen and empowered to build the future they want.

Once in career opportunity to help lead this exciting new initiative! Working with single older women and gender diverse people you will be helping to build a community in this new state of the art housing development providing case management using trauma-informed strengths-based practice to create safe and inclusive spaces and champion social justice in practical meaningful ways. You will collaborate with residents partners and colleagues using your professional expertise and compassion to support positive change.

Youll be a great fit if you:
  • hold qualifications and experience in Social Work Community Services or a related field
  • bring experience in a similar role delivering complex case management including risk assessment crisis intervention and holistic support planning.
  • have excellent trauma informed strengths-based case management practice
  • value intersectional feminism and advocacy want purpose-driven work that makes a real impact
  • enjoy a supportive values-led culture and thrive working closely with community
