- Supervise and support a team of 3 accounting staff.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Controller.
- Law firm accounting experience is required.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
