Deputy Nurse Manager Luxury Nursing Home 59000 per annum

Full-time 40 hours per week Driving licence required

Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join a luxury purpose-built care home for older adults. The home has an excellent CQC rating and is known for its welcoming atmosphere clinical excellence and commitment to high-quality person-centred care.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse or experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. The successful candidate will balance clinical responsibilities with supernumerary management hours supporting a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care every day.

What Were Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RGN RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
Proven leadership experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing home setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and management skills.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
Lead mentor and inspire the nursing and care teams to uphold the highest standards.
Oversee clinical governance care planning and medication management.
Ensure compliance with all CQC and safeguarding standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with residents families and external professionals.
Step into the role of Acting Manager when required.
