Deputy Nurse Manager Luxury Nursing Home 59000 per annum
Full-time 40 hours per week Driving licence required
Our client is looking for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join a luxury purpose-built care home for older adults. The home has an excellent CQC rating and is known for its welcoming atmosphere clinical excellence and commitment to high-quality person-centred care.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse or experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. The successful candidate will balance clinical responsibilities with supernumerary management hours supporting a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care every day.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven leadership experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead Nurse within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and management skills.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
