In our evolving Harm Outside the Home Team we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a HOTH/Risk & Resilience Coordinator.
The purpose of this post is to assist and support the Risk and Resilience Manager and other members of the team in the interagency work aimed at protecting vulnerable adolescents in Middlesbrough.
You will be integral in coordinating a multi-agency approach to reducing contextual harm and working with partners in the safety planning for children and the locations where they spend time. The post will be based in Middlesbrough although hybrid working is available to offer the flexibility required in this role.
