Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are looking for a passionate person with experience in recruitment who will be willing to join the team in Lisbon!

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Contract: 6-month contract with 30-day trial

Salary: 1400 base (depending on experience) meal allowance

Work Model: On-site or hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter fluent in Portuguese and English to join our team in this role you will manage the initial stages of recruitment across various international markets.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for multilingual roles
Conduct phone interviews
Manage job postings and job boards
Support end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

Fluency in Portuguese
English at min. C1 level
Minimum one year of recruitment experience in volume recruitment
Based in Lisbon
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The candidates must be available to work for the first 3 months on-site.
