Were looking for a Sales Manager who leads by example develops people and delivers results. If you thrive in a high-energy environment where your leadership hustle and customer-first mindset make a measurable impact we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
Lead and coach a team of high-performing sales professionals to meet and exceed goals.
Manage daily operations for new and used vehicle salesincluding deal structuring pricing and inventory strategy.
Build a strong sales culture focused on transparency customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Partner with F&I Service and BDC teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Drive profitability through smart desking ethical selling and proactive lead management.
Analyze KPIs (volume gross PVR finance penetration CSI) and implement performance strategies.
What Were Looking For
3 years of proven success in automotive sales management (GSM or Sales Manager).
Demonstrated ability to recruit coach and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of CRM and DMS platforms (Dealertrack CDK VinSolutions).
Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
A leadership style that balances drive with humility and accountability.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
