Territory FQE Manager
Your main responsibilities
Lead the Territory Product Safety Auditor team
Ensure completion and consistent approach to SAIS inspections before turnover
Communicate to Area Staff monthly performance and together define gap closing actions
Collect common issues identify needs for training/coaching raise lack of compliance clarity and request approval for valid exception to Product Safety
Site Execution: ensure SAIS/CPSI DLFI Qualison/Qualigear and HRFE excellence
Quality Walks: implement and follow-up
Support SECs internal TCA self-assessments and follow up on gaps closing actions
Join Group Technical Compliance Audit (process review 1-2days field and closing meeting) and help ensure the Area completes TCA actions of previous year
Prepare TCA readiness and overall FQE conformity activities
Represent Area Quality at SPQR meeting (NI/MOD/EI)
Travel 50%
What you bring
At least 5 years in the elevator industry with experience as an NI/EI Technician and/or in a Field Support role.
Field background is a must.
Safety First

Ability to influence without direct authority and stand in front of management team
Training Capabilities / experience
Technical competence on Schindler Standards and products
Concise and clear communication skills
Safety focused details oriented and strong team player
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
