Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager Service Learning & Development is part of Product Serviceability and Service Readiness within our Central Service Organization enabling flawless New Product Introduction and getting the service organization ready for all our products.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager to lead 3 service delivery teams in 5 Training Centers worldwide and a training development team which includes training this role you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve the technical skills of our Field Service organization to drive Field Self-Sufficiency.
Location/Division Specific Information
Our team operates across multiple locations including Eindhoven The Netherlands; Brno Czech Republic; Portland USA; Shanghai China and Giheung South Korea.
