you will do it:
- Work closely with distributors and hunt for new distributors to drive sales in the assigned region.
- Identifying target customers with distributors within the assigned region to develop an opportunity pipeline.
- Work closely with distributors to hunt for new projects and drive sales in the assigned region.
- Develop short and mid-term product sales strategies for IWE products in the assigned regions.
- Spearheading basis of design (BOD) and spec-in work. Drive new business to hit sales targets throughout the year.
- Establishing relationships with key influencers identifying new opportunities introducing new products and conducting regular reviews.
- Provide product expertise through trainings and presentations highlighting our value proposition with distributors key contractors consultants project owners etc.
- Work closely with the Regional Senior Management to build the core strategy for the focus market as well as the wider regional teams across sales marketing engineering service and technical support.
- Willing to travel for business trip
What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in any field. English speaking a must.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and ability to prospect develop and close strategic relationships and customer opportunities to achieve sales.
- At least 5 years of professional HVAC/Chiller engineering /sales experience preferred.
- Professional technical background of HVACR systems primary chillers.
- Skilled at business planning process with channel partners and markets.
- Skilled in pipelines management and development.
- Self-starter proactive and committed with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools like MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
