About the role

Health Partners are looking for a dental assistant for our Modbury practice! In this role youll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.

Welcome and sign patients in
Maintain patient recall system to make sure reminders are sent promptly
Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries
Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments

About you

If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role we want to hear from you! Youll also have experience with:

Experience processing accounts and booking appointments
Experience with cash handling and receipting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be a motivated organised and able to manage your workload while staying calm under pressure
Be reliable honest and contribute to our fantastic team environment

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application hold a current WWCC National Police Clearance (within 12 months) and be willing to undergo blood immunity testing.
