WHO ARE WE
The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is one of Sydneys most trusted frontline charities and has been supporting the community for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to address homelessness and hardship by providing essential services including food social welfare healthcare education and community programs.
Our Social Health and Wellbeing (SHW) team is often the first point of contact for individuals facing complex and multiple challenges. The team provides a broad range of assistance from crisis intervention and short-term case management to medical dental and complementary healthcare support.
THE ROLE
This position is central to welcoming individuals and families seeking support. As our Triage Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients who may be distressed or unsure where to turn. You will create a calm safe and welcoming environment while directing clients to the appropriate internal and external supports.
This position will commence after our clinic reopens after the holidays on 5 January 2026.
The role offers part-time or casual hours with flexibility to accommodate a minimum of two days per week. Typical hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm however the schedule can be tailored for the right person. You will work alongside a dedicated and supportive team and play an important role in helping clients access timely care.
