Were on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly welcoming spot our locals love.
The Hamilton Hotel a historic and bustling landmark in Brisbane is seeking a talented and experienced Gaming Manager to lead our high performing team. We are a venue renowned for our vibrant atmosphere fantastic food and beverage and a state of the art gaming room that is a cornerstone of our community.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a results driven leader with a mature and happy outgoing personality to take the helm. Youll need to be someone who can think on their feet and problem solve effectively while leading a team that delivers spot on customer service in a large busy gaming room.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly safely and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes great service and friendly smiles every shift
About you:
- Youve been in the gaming room world for a while as an attendant supervisor or manager
- Youve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
