Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Olivette United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for friendly efficient and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9620 Olive Blvd location.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and easy smile
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
