Description

Join our team in Johnston as an Operations Team Lead! In this role youll help keep our outpatient services running smoothly by managing schedules for therapy and clinics supporting patient check-in and check-out and leading our dedicated Operations team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm

What Youll Do

Leadership:Supervise the team through effective hiring training coaching and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results. Promote engagement and satisfaction to drive retention. Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Complete all necessary reports to ensure accurate and timely information to support business functions
Scheduling: Oversee schedules are completed accurately and timely. Collaborate with other services and families to schedule. Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences illness and vacation.
Additional Duties: Responsibility may include billing records management and other duties as assigned by leadership

What Youll Need

Required: Associates degree or higher.
Required: 1-year Supervisory experience.
Preferred: Office/administrative experience including customer service.
Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding in writing and verbally.
