Chapter Lead – I4C & Knowledge Management

Were looking for a passionateChapter Leadto head theI4C (on- and off-premise)reporting assets andKnowledge Managementteam withinInfrastructure & Engineering Strategy Enablement (ISE).

Youll play a key role in modernizing INGs Hybrid Cloud offering Risk & Management reporting and Product & Service management. Your team will deliver insights on consumption performance and compliance for stakeholders across COO Tech CISO Engineering & Reliability and Global Infrastructure.

In this dual role youll:

• Lead the I4C team focusing on IT custodianship (Risk Documentation Operations).
• Manage the Knowledge Management team responsible for technical documentation learning & development (e.g. Cloud Academy) and customer journey mapping.

What Youll Do

As Chapter Lead you will:

• Lead and coach two high-impact teams.
• Oversee IT custodianship for data platforms and applications.
• Drive delivery of knowledge management (e.g. technical documentation learning & development customer journeys etc.) solutions.
• Manage product backlogs and organize sprints.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set standards and develop expertise across your chapter.

Your Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong Agile/SCRUM background.
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern pipelines.
• Knowledge of data models and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with IT Risk Management.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with cross-border teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Git Git Flow and branching strategies.
• Hybrid Cloud environment expertise.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform Ansible).
• Experience with Markdown and technical learning modules.
