Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Leasing and Lending (BPaaS Technology Operations!
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Technology Product Leader with deep understanding of leasing and lending operations technology platforms and financial services transformation. This individual will own the definition design and delivery of core product solutions in our Leasing and Lending division ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives customer needs and technology capabilities. The Product Leader will work closely with engineering leaders architects program managers and client stakeholders to drive product strategy roadmap prioritization and delivery excellence
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
Define and articulate the product vision strategy and roadmap for the Leasing and Lending portfolio.
Translate business objectives and market insights into clear product goals epics and features.
Partner with stakeholders across business technology operations and sales to align product strategy with enterprise priorities.
Continuously identify market trends competitive landscape shifts and regulatory requirements to inform product direction.
Product Development and Delivery
Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to design build and release scalable leasing and lending solutions leveraging cloud technologies APIs and modern digital platforms.
Own the product backlog ensuring stories and requirements are well defined and prioritized to maximize customer value.
Actively manage trade-offs and decision-making between scope schedule and quality across product releases.
Drive proof of concepts pilot implementations and successful transitions to production for new capabilities.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary advocate for leasing and lending clients deeply understanding their workflows challenges and technology needs.
Work closely with business teams and client partners to gather requirements validate solutions and ensure adoption of delivered products.
Enable seamless integration of product capabilities into client ecosystems ensuring compliance and best-practice alignment.
Data Insights and Reporting
Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage insights for product improvements usage tracking and value realization.
Ensure product designs support data-driven decision making including integration with data lakes reporting dashboards and AI/ML-enabled insights.

Governance and Leadership
Partner with program management to ensure robust governance of product portfolio initiatives.
Define and track product success metrics (KPIs ROI adoption and satisfaction).
Contribute to portfolio reviews business case development and executive updates regarding product performance.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or related field (Masters degree preferred).
product management experience in financial services technology with significant exposure to leasing and lending.
Strong knowledge of leasing & lending software solutions (e.g. LeasePak InfoLease Odessa OLFM) and industry best practices.
Experience with SaaS/cloud-based platforms APIs and enterprise-grade financial systems.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
Solid understanding of SDLC Agile practices and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha Confluence).
Experience operating in complex matrixed organizations with global or geographically diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Prior commercial leasing and lending domain expertise in the U.S. or global markets.
Exposure to cloud-native architectures (AWS Azure) and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices.
Familiarity with data lakes integration pipelines and AI/ML applications in financial services.
Prior consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
