Job Summary

Develop implement and maintain the safety management system
Work closely and coordinate with various site teams including Data Center Operation Team Property Team Security Team conducting risk assessments on operational activities
Work closely and coordinate with Project Team and Implementation Team in reviewing their risk assessments required permits and monitoring their work safety on expansion projects and implementation projects
Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor EOHS performance (including customers customers vendors employees various site teams project team implementation team and vendors) for the data center
Plan and conduct safety trainings and promotions
Hold routine EOHS meetings with site team / management team
Report and record all EOHS incidents and conduct incident investigation and analysis
Monitor the compliance with all relevant EOHS legislations and prepare relevant reports
Support customer internal and external audits on EOHS aspect and ensure all audit findings are properly resolved
Ensure all required EOHS records are well maintained
Provide professional advices to management team for decision making regarding EOHS issues
Attend urgent site meetings conduct site inspection and handle EOHS issues outside working hours if required
Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree / Higher diploma / diploma holder in Occupational Safety and Health / Environmental Management / Safety Management or related discipline
Registered Safety Officer under Labour Department is a must
Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage

Additional Information :

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years post-registration EOHS working experience in Facility Management / Construction industry. Preferably in E&M related projects. Experience in Data Center is an advantage
Good knowledge in local safety & health regulations
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
First-aid & AED certificate holder is an advantage
Proactive with strong communication interpersonal and analytical skills problem solving mind-set and ability to write reports
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Good knowledge of computer application in Microsoft Office English & Chinese word processing
