About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define and deliver the architectural design for our D&T tooling ecosystem ensuring a Single Source of Truth for all metadata. This role will establish how data is mastered shared and consumed across tools balancing governance automation and scalability. Youll play a pivotal role in enabling integrated data insights and capabilities across our D&T Functions.

This is a hands-on architecture role that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery designing an MVP framework that supports future growth and aligns with our broader data governance roadmap.

What youll do

Define and document the high-level design for the D&T tooling landscape aligned to the baselined Metamodel and Detailed Data Model.
Identify where data entities attributes and relationships are mastered vs. consumed across systems.
Evaluate existing tools integrations and automations to inform the architecture design.
Establish the roadmap and sequencing for implementation including integration and data migration strategy.
Design for resilience and flexibility ensuring data integrity through organisational and tooling changes.
Define data synchronisation and sharing principles that enforce agreed data mastery.
Balance access performance and licensing costs to maximise value across platforms.
Support alignment to Knowledge Management and broader enterprise data strategy.

What youll need

Proven experience in solution or enterprise architecture across data and tooling environments.
Deep understanding of data integration metadata management and data governance.
Strong familiarity with architectural frameworks metamodels and conceptual data design.
Experience designing and implementing tooling architectures (e.g. Collibra Alation ServiceNow Azure Databricks).
Practical knowledge of data migration API integration and system interoperability.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
Strategic mindset with the ability to define scalable and future-proof architecture solutions.
